Ingredients:
1½ cups of flour 1 egg
1 cup of oats ¾
cup of milk
½ cup of sugar ⅓ cup of oil
1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup mashed bananas
½ teaspoon of salt
Method:
1.
Combine flour, oats, sugar,
baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

In a different bowl, beat the
egg lightly. Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla. Add the mashed banana and
combine thoroughly. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just
combined
3.
Pour mixture evenly into 12
muffin cups
4.
Bake at 200ºC for 18 to 20
minutes
