Smoothies

What better way to celebrate summer than with easy, healthy drinks in the sun. And smoothies fit that bill perfectly. There are, of course, combinations of fruits that work well together but I firmly believe that you should use what you have at your disposal and what you like or what the people you are making these summer delights for, want. Suggestions: all sorts of berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) freeze really well and that means you can keep a stock in the freezer. Having said that, here are a few suggestions (note: there are no indications as to amounts - use your own discretion):
Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, orange juice
Mango, peach, banana, orange juice
Peach, banana, blueberry, yogurt, honey, Red Bull
Mango, strawberry, milk, yogurt, vanilla, almonds
Banana, vanilla, strawberries, almonds
Lemonade, strawberry, banana
Peach, strawberry, milk
Strawberry, pineapple, plums
